Starters
Pimento Cheese
A Southern classic made creamy and rich with diced jalapeños. Served with crudites and crackers for easy sharing.
Meatballs
Four homemade beef and pork Italian-style meatballs in tomato sauce with mozzarella cheese, Aleppo Pepper and fresh parsley. Served with a Peruvian pan Frances Roll.
Jalapeno Popper Dip
Fried chicken, mozzarella and cream cheese, topped with pico de gallo, lime crema, red bell pepper sauce and crumbled bacon. Served with tortilla chips.
Fried Chicken Wings
Five crispy, golden wings fried just right and tossed in your choice of honey garlic (mild), gochujang (medium), peach habanero (hot).
Chili Queso Fries
Crispy fries piled high with hearty chili and queso. Choose red or green chili — or go half and half if you can’t decide. Topped with pico de gallo.
Deviled Eggs
Five classic deviled eggs made creamy and well-seasoned, topped with our homemade pig candy.

Our burgers start with freshly ground brisket and sirloin, ground in-house daily. Roxie ground her hamburger meat, and so do we. All burgers and sandwiches are served with a side of crispy house-made fries.
Bologna Sandwich
Roxie’s favorite Sandwhich. A 1/2 lb. Southern comfort classic! Served with Provolone cheese, bread and butter pickles, and Roxie’s secret sauce on a toasted bun.
Chili Cheeseburger
Our 1/2 lb. premium cheeseburger, finished with melted cheese and your choice of savory red or green chili, served on a toasted bun.
360 Burger
A 1/2 lb. burger made with our house-ground brisket and sirloin blend mixed with smoky brisket burnt ends, topped with roasted chili rajas, chili con queso, and Roxie’s secret sauce.
Roxie’s Fried Chicken Sandwich
Crispy, hand-breaded fried chicken with shredded mozzarella cheese, secret sauce and pickles, piled high on a toasted bun with classic fixings.
Chili Dog
A 1/4 lb. classic all-beef hot dog topped with hearty homemade chili, shredded American cheese, and fresh chopped onions.
Thurman’s Cheeseburger
A premium 1/2 lb. house-ground brisket and sirloin patty, topped with melted American cheese and Thurman’s special sauce, served on a toasted bun
The Experience

Since Roxie’s portions were so large, and to be hill country friendly, you can make it a meal for two for an additional $10.
Fried Chicken
Half chicken, hand-breaded and fried golden brown for a crispy outside and juicy, flavorful inside. A true comfort food classic, just the way Roxie made it.
Chicken-Fried Steak
1/2 lb. tender top sirloin, biscuit-breaded and fried until crisp, served with a side of our creamy country gravy.
Smothered Pork Steak
1 lb. thick-cut pork steak, pan-fried and topped with slow-cooked Tasso and mushroom gravy.
Country Fried Chicken Tenders
3/4 lb. boneless chicken tenders, breaded and fried until golden, served with Roxie’s secret sauce.
Baked Chicken
Seasoned bone-in half chicken, oven-baked until tender and juicy, then finished with pan drippings.
